Land Of The Dead (Movie)

Land Of The Dead (2005) directed by George Ramero and written by George Ramero. This is a phenomenal zombie movie this is truly one of Ramero's best pieces. The visuals were stunning, and the acting was even better, Ramero knows how to pick actors. The most annoying problem was the zombology, zombies can't develop problem solving skills the brain is in a dormant sense it only has the physical section of the brain working, but I have to give it to Ramero he has a creative mind, but he wasn't thinking of zombology when making the movie. This is a good movie it gets a 9 out of 10!

Zombieland (Movie)

Zombieland by Ruben Fleischer and written by Rhett Resse and Paul Wernick is a hilarious movie. I always think that humor and horror are good partners. The visuals in this movie are good, and I think Woody Harrelson and Jesse Eisenberg are a wonderful duo. The zombology was okay, but the running zombies are no good. The rules in the movie are really fantastic and accurate, but I would have loved to have seen all of the rules as an extra for getting the DVD. The acting was phenomenal exceptionally Emma Stone good job! I suggest watching this if you love comedys and kinda like horror. This movie gets a 8 out of 10!

Left 4 Dead 2 (Game)

Left 4 dead 2 by Valve and Turtle Rock Studios is a decent game. Personally I don't like fast paced shoot-em-up zombie games. The characters and voice acting was good and humorous. On the other hand the zombology was crap again the zombies run really fast, you don't have to destroy their brain, and the witch is way to overpowered. On the bright side the visuals look really good, and it isn't dark as crap like in the last game. I also think the game is way to short and way to easy, but the online makes up for that with the versus mode. I loved versus mode because this is the only game that you can step into a zombies shoes, but the survival mode sucks and frankly I don't like survival mode in any games. This game gets a 5 out of 10!

28 Days Later (Movie)

28 Days Later directed by Danny Boyle and written by Alex Garland. This was a pretty good zombie movie for a non American film company (I don't mean that non American companies are bad). This movie is one of a few zombie movie that actually shows how the outbreak happened. The quality of the shots were not that great, but I think I can live with it. The zombology was not that bad, but the zombies can run like Olympic gold medalists (I apologize for not mentioning this in Dawn Of The Dead). The graphics were really good, and I think the movie was creepy exceptionally because of the music. This movie gets a 7 out of 10.

Zombie Survival Guide (Book)

First of all I would like to say sorry yesterday I was out and couldn't post, so today there will be another review. The Zombie Survival Guide by Max Brooks is the best zombie survival book you can get. It covers everything you need to know for the Apocalypse. The thing I liked the most was the review of weapons, because it shows you what household items can do the job and what other items to buy. The historical attacks were very interesting and taught me a lot. The book even has the terrain you should pick to build your fortress, and if you didn't have time to buy one it shows you common places to go. The zombology was amazing it told us everything. I don't rate books, but this is a to buy book!

Dead Island (Game)

Dead Island by Deep Silver is my favorite game ever. The voice acting was awesome, The selectable characters were a good choice but, it was the graphics that put it over the edge. The characters looked so life like the environment was breath taking. The main story was pretty long, but the side missions add hours of zombie killing fun. Also the creation of modified weapons in Dead Island made it extremely addicting. The sound track including "Who Do You Voodoo Bitch" and the creepy music made it a serious zombie game for me with the exception of "Who Do You Voodoo Bitch". If you are buying the game I suggest for Xbox because there was some PS3 issues also I suggest using the character Sam B. The only problem I have is when you die you loose money sometimes 3 dollars or sometimes 200 it doesn't make any sense. All things aside this is the only game that made me feel satisfied to bash a zombies skull in rather than shooting them in the head. This game gets a 9.5 out of 10.

Dawn of The Dead

This 2004 zombie movie is what set the bar for all other zombie movies. The cast in my opinion was perfect, the visuals were stunning for a 2004 movie. This is what we think of when we think of a zombie movie. It gets a 10 out of 10!
